CANCELLATION POLICY

M. Radford Esthetics requires a Visa or Mastercard to hold your first appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly give 48 hours notice to prevent a 50% service charge. I agree to the 48 hour notice if I must cancel my appointment(s). If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the esthetician to be on time for their next client. Anything later than 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the service.
